The program offers a number of benefits, including prepayment, reimbursement for gym expenses and language courses, accommodation reimbursement for relocation, lunch at the company, three extra days of vacation and recognition of important events.

The modality of the program includes a three-month “onboarding” experience at the Los Grobo central office in Carlos Casares to later serve six months at one of the integrated service centers. The company indicates that "all participants will have the opportunity to continue their professional development within the group."

Los Grobo, in addition to having some 250,000 hectares of agricultural production and 2.5 million tons collected per year, makes wheat flour and produces and markets phytosanitary products with its own brand (Agrofina).
