The first week of February, the ten (10) young professionals who were selected from the first program "Semillero Grobo 2021" entered Los Grobo. It was launched with the aim of strengthening the commercial network, incorporating new talents.

“Within the process of digital and cultural transformation that we are carrying out at Grupo Los Grobo, the Young Professionals program is a fundamental milestone. The incorporation of the candidates, digital native generation, will help us to be multipliers of change, affirming our commitment as industry leaders. We are confident in the success of the program both for the young people recently incorporated, and for the company,” said Sandro Cosentino, Head of Talent and Human Resources at Los Grobo.

The selected young people are recently graduated Agricultural Engineers, although with different profiles and experience in the sector. They were selected through an exhaustive digital recruitment process and a playful assessment center. They come from the provinces of Buenos Aires, Entre Ríos, Córdoba, La Pampa, Santa Fe; and have been trained in different houses of higher education such as the National University of Lujan, U.N. from Entre Rios, U.N. of Rio Cuarto, U.N. from La Pampa, U.N. South, among others.

Regarding the challenges and expectations, the recently incorporated talents stated: “It is a pleasure to be part of this First Young Professionals Program. I want to be able to take away tools and knowledge that help me grow both personally and professionally. From the day we arrived we are very comfortable and excited to start working”, says Guadalupe Valdez. For his part, Santiago Dans expressed: “I felt great satisfaction and joy at being able to join this leading agricultural company. I hope to achieve a global vision of the business and develop myself in a position where I can exploit my full potential, together with that of my colleagues”.

During the first three months, the young talents will go through an onboarding and training process at the Carlos Casares offices of Grupo Los Grobo, to later be assigned to the different branches of the commercial network. → efete.news
