Agrofina participates in the “Educate for Change“ program
In order to promote the spirit of excellence, accompanying young people outside the school system so they can finish high school and strengthen their employability skills, Agrofina with Toyota Argentina, the Directorate General of Culture and Education of the Province of Buenos Aires and COPRET (Provincial Council of Education and Labor) has joined the "Educate for Change" program.

This program, whose recipients are Young people between 18 and 24 years old, from the Zárate, Campana, Escobar, Pilar and San Miguel areas who live in a situation of vulnerability. It consists of 14 months of intensive training (double daily work day), 12 school curricular months and 2 months of work experience in companies. After the same is awarded official title awarded by the Directorate General of Culture and Education of the Province of Buenos Aires.

In this sense, the Zarate Plant team is joined by 6 young students who will be carrying out their work training practices during the next 2 months: Damián Cabral, Patricio Centurion, David Maldonado, Elio Godoy Gorosito and Isaac Muro, will be working in the sector of Maintenance, for its part Yamila Coppa, will be carrying out their work experience in the Talent area.
