Hereby, we inform that in the month of July 2021, the sale of Los Grobo SGR to Cono Sur Inversiones SA and a group of Argentine investors (Power SGR and Alfa Pyme SGR) was completed, who make up a consortium that provides financial services to individual clients, companies and institutions.
The main objective, after the incorporation of this unit that will be operating under the name “Promote SGR”, will be to continue promoting the development of rural SMEs, as Los Grobo SGR has been doing since the beginning of its activities in 2004 In these almost 17 years, it became the 5th Reciprocal Guarantee Society in the country and the 2nd dedicated to agricultural activity.
