This new role is added to his duties as Head of Talent, Human Resources, Safety, Hygiene and Environment.

Sandro is a lawyer from the University of Belgrano, has an MBA from the IAE and a diploma in Human Resources from the Torcuato Di Tella University.

With more than 20 years of experience in change management and development of work teams, he worked for the last seven years in the Newsan Group as Area Manager of HR, Safety and Hygiene and General Services. Previously, he held the position of Director of HR and Institutional Relations at Grupo Iraola and Manager of Legal Affairs at Volkswagen.

Within the framework of his appointment, Sandro pointed out: “I am proud to assume this new position and responsibility. Together with the Los Grobo team, I will have the challenge of continuing to position the company as a leading group in the agricultural industry, its launches, sustainability programs and actions as an employer brand in the locations where we are present, and also to publicize the new business model based on digital transformation”.

Cosentino is 57 years old, married and has four children.
